How fast do you respond?
Usually within a few hours during CET business hours. We're a small team (well, one person), so please be patient. Urgent issues get priority.
I have an issue with my Pro subscription
You can manage your subscription directly via /pro in the bot (cancel, update payment). For billing issues, email us with your Telegram username and we'll sort it out.
I want to integrate voltimo into my product

My country isn't supported yet
We're expanding across Europe via the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform. Tell us your country and we'll prioritize it. The more requests from a country, the sooner we add it.
